Bonitron is a locally-owned engineering company that designs and manufactures industrial electronics. Bonitron is currently looking for motivated individuals to join the production team. Tasks primarily involve assembling electronic circuit boards and small assemblies.

• Locate parts and inventory
• Adjust and/or replace electrical components
• Solder electronic connections or components
• Monitor quality to verify conformance to specifications
• Consult with managerial or supervisory personnel
• Explain assembly procedures or techniques to coworkers
• Interpret assembly instructions including:
  • Layouts
  • Diagrams
  • Reports
  • Specifications
  • Work orders

• Strong attention to detail
• High level of accuracy
• Ability to use basic tools and hands for 8 hours per day
• Ability to distinguish colors
• Soldering experience preferred
• Vocational or military training preferred
• Surface Mount Soldering (SMT) preferred but not required
