The Bonitron M3452-U1600CT10-R7 is a 1600 A heavy-duty braking transistor for high-power 575–600 VAC variable frequency drive systems. During deceleration or regenerative operation, the unit monitors the VFD DC bus and switches excess energy into an external braking resistor, helping control bus voltage and prevent overvoltage faults.
